GTA VC Strange Problem

Hey Everyone.!

I've encountered a strange problem in GTA Vice City Whenever i visit the Hyman Memorial Stadium and Malibu Club. Wnen i go there the screen stops responding after one minute it responds but with all the graphics tearing. Why does this problem happens and how do i solve it.

See the image below for that problem.

Do you have any mods installed?
Is the game pirated?
Did you try to delete gta.dat?

Of course i got some Cleo mods installed but when there was no graphics card in my machine then it used to work fine (but could not apply a high resolution since applying high resolution used yo result in flickering) but it started happening when i installed the graphics card and its driver (before it used to be the primary display driver which worked fine).  
As you can see the textures are all messed up..

You still haven't answered 2 questions i have provived you.

Oh yes my game is Genuine and i am sure deleting GTA.dat won't make any difference...

My problem is like it. This happen when i use a player model mod that have more than 3 texture in .txd file

Nice to see you back after a long time Masdika . Well this problem of mine started happening when i installed my Nvidia graphics card. Before it used to work fine. I never go towards Hyman Stadium and Malibu club because of this problem. However if u minimize and maximize the game it will be fixed again.. But i want to get to the Root of this problem and fix it permanently.

Well would you tell which OS are you using ??

Windows Xp and 7 both and it happens in Both..  

Remove the mods & then try.It's surely because of mods installed.

Think this problem is solved since he never replied back.

No it happens every-time when i visit that place. Still it persists and will forever until and unless i remove the Video Card..
