They said this time the world is huuuuge (R*'s newswire had something like "Bigger than IV's LC, RDD, and some other stuff altogether.), I don't worry about features being cut, but I worry that PC version is gonna be released a huge time later. Since IV was ported quick, but had some weird with it, hence the "Grand Theft Awkward" title.
