Hey everyone!!!

i ve started modelling now so i hope here is someone a modeler too...!!
My problem is when i import a GTA SA car in 3ds max it comes in a stupid model like this

What is this problem how to fix it and also when i try to covert SA cars dff with Z2G converter it shows an error.. How to fix that...

Help please!!!!

How do i apply the image here...???
