Favorite gangs

What was you favorite gang(s) and why?

Mine was the Leones - I always loved the mafia theme, and seeing such a gang in GTA was great for me. I have played SA and VC before, so I was already familiar with Salvatore Leone and Sonny Forelli, as well as their respective families, but I loved to see where it all started from.

I also liked the Yakuza. First of all, because GTA III's story is linked for the second 2/3s of the game. And because Yakuza is one of the two gangs that remain friendly to Claude in the beginning of the game.

The Leone crime Family is my favorite. Even though i view them as enemies, mostly the Forelli Mafia has merged with them and also those guys are not only badass, but also folks who could make you sleep with the fishes with a couple of shotty shots.

Leones, this gang will make trip to Portland into nightmare.

I hate those enemy gang members. Always onto killing Claude,Shooting him every time.One day forgot to do Paramedic mission in Portland so i went there to do it but at that time mafia's became my enemy. They blew up my ambulance while i was going to finish the last level of Paramedic mission.

That's because they are the mafia. So strong and powerful that they could be considered my favorites.

Well I would definately go with the Leones. They are really awesome.

I didn't have the feeling of working for a Mafia when I played  GTA 3. The Mafia seemed like a bunch of drunken goons fighting each other for nothing (since they don't fight to dominate the town/rackets, unlike a real Mafia would do). I do think the Leones were poorly featured in the game, they don't remind me of a Mafia, unlike The Godfather The Game.

I would hate if Rockstar produced a Mafia-based game, they'd screw it badly, as they did with GTA.

Alright Alright even though i hate mafia i would say that they are worsely designed gangs in gta 3. Best enemy gangs of gta 3 are the Columbian Cartel because they have a wider territory than mafias. Their influence is in Staunton Isaland and Shoreside Vale. however mafias can only be foun in Macro's Bisto of the portland.
