What didn't you like about GTA III?

While many people generally like the game, I figured that there are people, even between the game lovers, who were dissatisfied by some aspects of the game, whatever these may be.

If you have something you don't like about this game and would like to share, please, do not hesitate to post and describe why don't you like it.

I dont hate gta III & there is fault in the game too.

...You can't swim in Grand Theft Auto III and it sucks matter fact.

Apart the fancy driving, speechless character, ugly, boring and empty city, pointless side missions, short main missions I dislike nothing in this game.

Meh, I prefer to focus on things I like in the game.

I agree with dj but it is the first 3d gta...

Game's awesome, though I kinda miss that they deleted Darkel from final release version it would be grewat character imo.

...Yeah expect great controversy by American politicians about that my friend. They will ban Grand Theft Auto III right away if Rockstar actually put the missions of Darkel that is.

It is too far off in my opinion. But I wouldn't mind to be honest and it is just a video game.

Yeah ..DJ it's true..If they would have been there R* might not have been able to release the game..Anyways OT..I found the game awesome so I don't remmember what I hated..

Mostly i hate is the lack of features such as helicopters, swimming, bailing out of cars etc. However most of it i liked it.

I hate Gta 3 because there is no gang of my own....!!!!!

When you enter the Ammu Nation, the camera changes and if go via the weapons, you'll buy'em automatically, no matter what. Wastage of money unwillingly.

Gangs are fodder, i am 1 man army.

Well in GTA III really there is no need of gang as Claude is really a one man army.He alone shook the Leone family empire himmself by killing Don Salvadore.
Blowed up a whole ship in the mission Bomb The Act Base I & II.
Claude is really a silent assasin.

Almost all the gangs of GTA 3 becomes enemy of Claude the Protagonist.Every gang like Diablos, Leone Families, Colombian Cartel, Triads, Uptown Yardies cruise every where. If your ride around those areas you will get shot down by the enemy gang easily and also you have 100 health and Armour only which makes them killing him very easily (Except when u are using mods or cheats) So am i wrong i don't think so. If only there had been a gang of Claude then other gangs won't get advantage of killing him easily because if there had been his gang they would have attracted the attention of the enemy gang. there's nothing wrong here i have a point. I don't know why are you guys pointing my mistakes?

No one is pointing out your mistake dude.It's just your opinion & yes I do also think that we get too much shot by the gangs.

I know specially if you have only 100 health and Armour. Only gang like Yakuza's and Puple Red jacks and hoodies are the ones which are not hostile yet they will kill you if you shoot at them but in VC Your Vercetti gang will be always there to protect you from the Haitians.Besides GTA 3 should have been somewhat like Vice City except new story.

That's what i don't like about VC, there is less danger and i don't like that my gang protects me from everyone. VC has good story and by far is set in the most epic timeline ever.
