GTA VC car replacing problem

GTA VC car replacing problem

As i have to make a little total conversion till sunday for vc, when i download a vc mod car , replace it , it says , file is too big to replace with "Car Name" . When i extract a gta vc nfs ug car , it replaces with no error , but the modded car is not visible. I need Help. Please help me . If you want , i can come to teamviewer.

Are you kidding ?? it means the file is too big to replace.
