How to open some lock cleo?

if i try to open it, it make sanny builder crash(not response) there is something i wanna learn about it 3rdla-per.ucoz.com/fuggabyopcode.rar that is thank for reading and help me.

Nor do I, but on a wild guess, I think he needs help to open the opcode file to figure it.
